This section provides you with tips on how to solve the most common problems you may encounter on our Online Sportsbook, Online Casino and PGS Casino.
Before continuing, please make sure your system matches or surpasses all our Minimum System Requirements, as well as checking for the following:
Operating System: Our Online Sportsbook and Online Casino programs were developed for the Microsoft Windows platform. Recommended Operating Systems include Windows 98, Windows NT 4, Windows Millennium, Windows 2000, Windows XP (Home or Professional) and Windows Vista. Macintosh users using Mac OSX or later may experience small difficulties with the Online Casino (Browser Version); the Install Version of our Online Casino is incompatible with OSX.
Default Internet Browser: Though our Online Sportsbook and Online Casino (Browser Version) work on the majority of the Internet Browsers available for the Microsoft Windows and OSX platforms, it is recommended that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later. For best results, update your Internet Browser Software to its latest version. AOL users should update the AOL software AND Internet Explorer Software to their latest versions.
Clean your Temporary Internet Files: If you experience problems while using our Online Sportsbook or Online Casino (Browser Version), first delete the Temporary Internet Files of your web browser and try again. Check your Browser's documentation or Help for details.
Adobe® Flash Player: The Online Casino (Browser Version) was developed using Adobe® Flash technology. It is recommended that you install the latest version of the Adobe® Flash Player to run the Online Casino properly. To download and install the Adobe® Flash Player visit www.adobe.com.
Disable Popup Programs: If you attempt to Log into our Online Sportsbook or Online Casino, and you do not see the Sportsbook or Casino window come up, disable any anti-popup programs you may have running and try again. You may need to close and re-open any active browser windows.
Configure Your Firewall: If you receive an error message on our Online Sportsbook asking you to disable your Firewall, or in our Online Casino (Browser Version) or Online Casino (Install Version) stating a "Communication Error" or similar, your Firewall program may preventing the Sportsbook or Casino to communicate with your computer correctly. You may need to ether disable the Firewall program or configure it to allow our software to have Internet Access in your computer. For more information, contact the Firewall Software's vendor.
Passwords are Case-Sensitive: Remember to double-check your password for spelling errors and/or Capital letters. Your password must be written with exactly the same uppercase and lowercase letters as when you signed up.

When I enter my username and password I get an error that reads "Sorry, invalid code or password entered. Check the Caps Lock and retry."

I click on the link to enter the Sportsbook System, but nothing happens.
Make sure you have the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Mozilla Firefox. Check if you have any Popup Blocker Software running on your computer and ether disable it or configure it to allow Popup windows on this website.
I enter my CODE and PASSWORD, but when I click on the "Enter" button all that appears is a blank page.

Open Internet Explorer. On the top of the window, go to "Tools" then "Internet Options" and in the "Temporary Internet Files" section click on "Delete Files", then "OK". Then Restart your computer.
I try to log into the system but when I log on I receive an error message that reads "Please log out and try to log back in again. If you still have problems, please call customer service."
Verify your Internet Browser security settings, making them allow ActiveX controls being run on your computer. Verify that your Privacy Settings are set in Medium and that your browser allows Cookies.
If the problem persists and you have a Firewall you may need to ether disable or configure it to allow our software to have Internet Access in your computer. For more information, contact the Firewall Software's vendor
When I enter my username and password I get an error that reads "Invalid PIN/Password".
Remember, passwords are case-sensitive. Double-check your password for spelling errors and/or Capital letters. Your password must be written with exactly the same uppercase and lowercase letters as when you signed up.
When I try to log in on the PGS Casino, it gives me a message stating there was a "Communication Error".
If you receive an error message in our PGS Casino stating a "Communication Error" or similar, you may have a Firewall installed in your computer preventing the program to communicate correctly. You may need to disable the Firewall program or configure it to allow our software to have Internet Access in your computer. For more information, contact the Firewall Software's vendor.
If you are using the Install Version of our Online Casino, make sure you are connected to the Internet before you launch the software.
When I try to install the PGS Casino (Install Version), the installation stops without completing, it freezes, or it doesn't start.
Close any open applications and restart your computer. Without opening any other programs, try installing the PGS Casino (Install Version) again.
If you are a Windows XP/2000/NT user, make sure you are using an account with install privileges. Contact you Computer or Network Administrator for more information.
I try to use the PGS Casino (Browser Version), but all I get is a black screen and nothing happens.
Make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe® Flash Player by going to the Adobe® website and clicking on "Get ADOBE® Flash Player".
