The CFL regular season is nineteen weeks long, with games beginning on the Canada Day weekend and finishing by early November. In our case, when the game finish, 3 points are added to Argonauts' score and 2 point is substracted from the Bobcats' score. In sports wagering terms, this is the final score. For example if the game ends with a score of Toronto Argonauts 21 - Edmonton Eskimos 25, for betting purposes, we subtract 2 points from Eskimos and add 3 point to Argonauts and the final score would be Eskimos - 23, Argonauts - 24. If you bet on Eskimos to win, you los the bet even though Eskimos won the game.

In case of moneylines odds, an example would be Eskimos -140 vs. Argonauts +135. If you want to bet on Eskimos, you will need to risk $140 for win only $100. If you place a wager of $100 on Argonauts, you win $135 if the Argonauts won the game. The moneylines have negative signs when the teams are favorites for win the matches. If one team is thought to be worse than the other, additional points will be added to their score in the case of pointspread odds. If a team is thought to be better than the other, they will have points subtracted from their score.
